Working out the budget for a night can be hard, if you haven't already agreed a cost we can send you sample menus for different budgets, we generally supply quotes at a cost per head and will always try to create the best package for your circumstances, we can also organise all other elements of the party from transport to entertainment helping you avoid any hidden costs.
Time
Picking the right time for your party can be key to its success, an afternoon party can happen during your company hours allowing staff and guests to get home at a normal time, but there are less opportunities for entertainment. An evening party will offer more opportunities for entertainment and is less disruptive to the companies work but staff and clients
Travel
How will staff and guests arrive at the party, especially for afternoon parties where staff are travelling from company premises to the party organising a bus will cut down on costs and make sure everyone is there on time and ready to enjoy themselves.
